- разработаны отечественные роторные машины потрошения тушек птицы для поточно-механизированных линий, для разделки и обвалки тушек птицы на части;

- создан параметрический ряд прессов для механической обвалки тушек птицы производительностью от 250 до 1000 кг/час;

- проводятся работы по удлинению сроков хранения мяса птицы в охлажденном и подмороженном виде, использованию пищевых покрытий, получению разнообразных коллагеновых композиций различного назначения из птичьего сырья;

- разработаны научные основы экологически безопасных энергосберегающих технологических процессов получения из вторичного сырья пищевых продуктов и кормовых белковых добавок, лечебно-профилактических препаратов;

- подготовлены рецептуры функциональных продуктов на основе мяса птицы, адаптированных к особенностям питания детей дошкольного и школьного возраста;

- созданы технологии производства ферментированных яичных продуктов с улучшенными функциональными свойствами;

- осуществлены разработки в области санитарной обработки технологического оборудования и производственных помещений птицеводческих предприятий;

- обеспечивается совершенствование нормативной базы в области стандартизации продукции птицеперерабатывающей промышленности на основе законодательных актов РФ;

- апробированы программы дистанционных онлайн-семинаров для повышения квалификации сотрудников птицеперерабатывающей отрасли;

Based on current problems and taking into account the prospects of the complex poultry scientists of the institute:

- Found a fundamentally new technical solutions for the development of machines and apparatus for cutting, trimming, deformation processing of poultry;

- Designed a system in the form of technological equipment of machines for the production of semifinished products of poultry meat and machinery for the production of finished food products of poultry;

- Developed domestic rotary machines eviscerating poultry carcasses for automatic production lines, machines for cutting and deboning poultry carcasses into pieces;

- Created a parametric number of presses for mechanical deboning of poultry carcasses productivity from 250 to 1000 kg / hour;

- Prepared by the regulations of lengthening the shelf life of poultry meat in chilled and supercooled form used for these purposes edible coatings, manufacture of products from the pair of poultry, obtaining various collagen compositions for various purposes of avian and other raw materials;

- The scientific bases of environmentally sound energy-saving technological processes of obtaining recycled food and feed protein supplements, therapeutic and prophylactic drugs and products, including for poultry, animal husbandry and medicine;

- Prepared by compounding functional products based on poultry, adapted to the nutritional status and characteristics of the domestic supply of preschool and school age;

- Established technology of fermented egg yolk and protein with improved functional properties;

- Is provided by improving the regulatory framework in the field of standardization of products poultry processing industry (including food processing eggs and poultry meat) on the basis of the RF legislation on the reform of technical regulation, as well as methodological and regulatory framework to ensure quality control of raw poultry products.
