Разрешите приветствовать представителей аграрных профессиональных ассоциаций, руководителей и специалистов сельскохозяйственных организаций, производителей сельскохозяйственных удобрений и средств защиты растений, работников банков, страховых компаний и других тружеников агропромышленного комплекса Российской Федерации, а также средств массовой информации от имени Российского Зернового Союза.

Принятые в двухтысячные годы основополагающие законопроекты в сфере АПК заложили фундамент развития аграрного комплекса, позволили реализовать во многих областях программу импортозамещения. Однако перед аграриями еще стоят задачи роста экспортного потенциала и дальнейшего развития АПК, что требует серьезной работы над сводом аграрных законов и подзаконных актов, которые должны дать новый импульс качественным изменениям и в самих сельскохозяйственных организациях. Уже внедряются современные аграрные технологии и управленческие решения, разрабатываются новые образцы техники и оборудования, вырабатываются подходы к энергосбережению и рациональному использованию основных фондов предприятий. В современных условиях успех любого предприятия определяется эффективным трудом всего коллектива — от рабочего до руководителя. И одну из важнейших ролей в формировании инновационных подходов в развитии сельского хозяйства играют средства массовой информации.

Средства массовой информации, как региональные, так и федерального значения, знакомят участников аграрного рынка с текущей ситуацией и прогнозами развития тех или иных отраслей, открывают перед читателями новые направления и технологии. Среди них вот уже более 10 лет достойное место занимает ежегодный сборник «БИЗНЕС ПАРТНЕР. Сельское хозяйство России». On behalf of the Russian Grain Union, allow me to welcome the representatives of agrarian professional associations, managers and specialists of agricultural organizations, producers of agricultural fertilizers and plant protection products, bank employees, insurance companies and other workers of the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation, as well as the media.

The adopted basic draft laws in the sphere of the agro-industrial complex laid the foundation for the development of the agricultural complex, enabled the program of import substitution in many areas. However, the agrarians still face the tasks of increasing the export potential and further development of the agro-industrial complex, which requires serious work on a set of agrarian laws and by-laws that should give new impetus to qualitative changes in the agricultural organizations themselves. Modern agricultural technologies and managerial solutions are being introduced, new models of equipment are being developed, as well as approaches for energy saving and rational use of fixed assets of enterprises. In modern conditions, the success of any enterprise is determined by the effective work of the entire team, from the worker to the manager. And one of the most important roles in the formation of new, innovative approaches to the development of agriculture is played by the media.

Mass media, both regional and federal, acquaint participants of the agrarian market with the current situation and forecasts of the development of various industries, open new directions and technologies for the readers. The annual «BUSINESS PARTNER. Agriculture of Russia» preserves its honourable position among them for more than 10 years.
